Friday 18th JuneHIGH-NELLIE TOUR “get out yer auld bikes”
8.00pmLeaving Trim Castle for non-smoking pubs. Join us for a ramble through the town of Trim on your old High Nellie, become a character from the years gone by in Period Costume.
Refreshment stops along the route.
Saturday 19th JuneDUCK RACE ON THE RIVER BOYNE.

Presentation of the Tara Stainless & Engineering Perpetual Trophy. Enjoy watching participants compete in the ancient art of cutting grass with a scythe - the first stage of haymaking.
Traditional Horse Mowing by the Irish Vintage Society: See how hay was saved using horse drawn mowers and turners. Follow the action as the men cock the hay and eventually move the hay to the haggard where the hayrick will be reconstructed. Participate in the ancient art of súgán (hay rope) making.

        Have a bet on the Donkey Derby and then enjoy the skills of the Pony Club Mounted Games and pick a winner. See the judges select the Categoryand Overall Winner of the Dog Show.
        Step back in time and see the Leinster Re-enactors create a Medieval & Viking period Crafts Village with Armoured Warriors all just across the River Boyne from Trim Castle.
        See the cakes, jams and baking competitions at the Hay-Making Show
At the Old Irish Thatched Village smell the baking of Brown Bread, visit the Wood-Turner and taste the Boyne Eel from the sizzling pan. picnic in the hay as the women bring tae and scones to those at work.
        Mal's Working Model Farm should not be missed.
        Safe Funpark for Children all day. Rides for all ages.
        Trim Drama Group present "Spreading the News" by Lady Gregory.
        Enjoy Set Dancing and Dunderry Strawboys at the Old Village.
        Be entertained and dance to the music of Cuscon - Black Porter & Meath CCE.
        Finish off the evening at Jack Quinns Pub with music, food, craic and tales from the day.
