| Sunday 20th June | Traditional Hay Making Festival Trim, Co Meath |
 | National Scythe Cutting Competition Presentation of the Tara Stainless & Engineering Perpetual Trophy. Enjoy watching participants compete in the ancient art of cutting grass with a scythe - the first stage of haymaking. |
 | Traditional Horse Mowing by the Irish Vintage Society: See how hay was saved using horse drawn mowers and turners. Follow the action as the men cock the hay and eventually move the hay to the haggard where the hayrick will be reconstructed. Participate in the ancient art of súgán (hay rope) making. |

 | At the Old Irish Thatched Village smell the baking of Brown Bread, visit the Wood-Turner and taste the Boyne Eel from the sizzling pan. picnic in the hay as the women bring tae and scones to those at work. |
